What is the cut off time for same day printing?

Our cut off for all orders is 2pm daily.

As long as you have placed your order by this time you can upload your artwork by 2:30pm at the very latest.

Any order placed after this will be printed and shipped the next working day (Monday – Friday).  

How will my order be shipped?

All our parcels are bubble wrapped and shipped in strong cardboard boxes. Larger orders with multiple sizes and materials will have multiple boxes shipped out. 

We ship orders with DPD Local, APC and DX on a next day service. All orders will have tracking on the day of delivery. 

A notification email/text message is sent once the parcel has left our warehouse, with all tracking info with the relevant parcel company. 

How soon will I receive my order?

Please see the countdown timer on each product.

Once an order has been placed you can check your order conformation for the delivery date. 

We only offer shipping on working days (Monday – Friday) 

My delivery is late what can I do?

We cannot 100% guarantee next day delivery as we ship with DPD, APC and DX and deliveries are subject to their own shipping schedules. 

We of course print your order the same day (providing we have print ready artwork) and ship out on that evening. 

If there looks to be a delay in your order please get in contact with us as soon as possible to see what we can do for you. 

If delivery fails on the expected delivery date, we may be able to offer a credit voucher on your next order with us.

What’s the fastest I can receive my order?

We dispatch all orders the same day if artwork is received by 2:30pm, your artwork must be print ready, failure to do this will delay you order until the issue is resolved. 

Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your estimated delivery times. 

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver anywhere in the UK. There may be surcharge for Northern Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland and islands such as the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. Please contact us for our best prices on these locations – it might also depend on the overall size of the parcel. 

Please note – we cannot guarantee delivery next day if the delivery address in not mainland UK or the locations listed above. Delivery schedules vary between DPD, APC and DX. 

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your product arrives in less than perfect condition please contact us via email immediately to arrange your replacement.

The best way to do this is by taking photos of the issues, box and label and dropping us over an email, once we have this we can look to get the issue sorted as soon as possible for you. 

If you contact us via phone or LiveChat regarding an issue/damage, you will be advised to send via email so we can track and log your issue and find a resolution. 

Please note, we will only print from your existing uploaded artwork, if you want to change the design there will be a fee of 50% of the item. 

How do I send you my artwork?

On checking out, you will have an option to upload via our website.

Alternatively you can send it by email to info@samedayprinting.co.uk. Please include your order number (found on your order confirmation email and portal) when sending artwork.

What are your artwork requirements?

Please make sure your artwork is in a PDF or JPG format, 150-300 DPI, in CMYK and to size/scale.

I don’t have any artwork, can you help?

Unfortunately to be able to keep to our very tight turn around time we ask for print ready artwork to be supplied with your order.

We may be able to help with very simple changes but if we need to send a proof for you to sign off, this must be signed off no later than 2:30pm. 

 

 

Can you colour match?

Yes of course. However, in any printing process there is a potential for variation in the colours produced. While we certainly know our systems and can match your colour requirements fairly precisely, we do ask that for any particularly sensitive colours, for example corporate branding, you provide us with Pantone or Hex code references to match to. 

Do you accept returns?

Only ‘off the shelf’ items may be returned in an undamaged state in their original packaging and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns cannot be accepted on any products with printed graphics or custom made systems.
